VERTIGO'S HIATUS / SUBMIT RESPONSIBLY

Hey guys, VeRTiGo-P here.

It would seem at the moment I'm the only active admin, and I'm about to go inactive for a good seven weeks.

It's already really hard for me to keep up with accepting deviations (since everything needs to be approved after a week) and this will not help at all.
From now on, All deviations will be accepted automatically.
Because of this, SUBMIT RESPONSIBLY.

Don't just submit to any old folder, take some time to think about "hey, where do I want to put this?"
Nobody will be here to accept or deny submissions, so I need all the members to step up and be responsible about their submitting.

FOR ADMINS: If you have a problem with me changing these group settings, let me know. I don't see why there'd be a problem with this since I'm the only person who's active, but just note me if you do.
